Bishop Garnes is a Licensed Funeral Director in the State of New York and a Certified Bereavement Counselor. He works with his family as Manager, Executive Board Member, and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer of their family business, Frank R. Bell Funeral Home, Inc. They employ 28+ staff personnel and intern more than 600 persons annually. Bishop is also a Certified Executive Leadership John Maxwell Life Coach.  Bishop Garnes is a Clergy Liaison for the New York Police Department 67th Precinct and has the privilege to maintain the office of 1st Vice President for 67th Precinct Clergy Council.

As an advocate for education, Bishop Garnes holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of New Rochelle, New York Theological Seminary Division. He earned two graduate degrees, Masters of Divinity and a Masters in Professional Studies with an academic concentration in Urban Theology & Leadership from Alliance Theological Seminary; and his Doctorate of Ministry degree from Drew University and a “Hilliard Fellow” designed to develop special academics and scholars in church renewal.

Bishop Garnes’ core belief for entrepreneurialism and business acumen are extended as CEO and co-owner of Red Guerrilla Entertainment & Red Guerrilla Music companies which produce movies on the silver screen and major streaming platforms. Bishop Garnes is married to Dr. Delicia Garnes, Associate Dean at Long Island University. They are the proud parents of two children, Darian Daniel Rene Garnes, his son, and a daughter, Bryanna A’Delicia Garnes.
